DANCE TEMPLE SQUAMISH

Join us for another special session of voice, movement, and connection overlooking the ocean.

This immersive experience begins with a one hour Vocal Liberation session led by Benoit Forest a trained therapist and experienced vocalist. Through guided exercises we will explore the power of our voices as tools for healing, emotional expression, and liberation. No singing experience is required just a willingness to show up and explore.

 

We then carry this awakened expression into a one and a half hour Daytime Dance Journey with SOULar Sound allowing the voice opening practices to flow naturally into embodied movement and dance as the sun moves over the water. Created by the organizers of Dance Temple Squamish this special event is focused on vocal expression, community building, and authentic connection. The ocean view space at House of Lager offers a beautiful and supportive container to sing move and connect together.
