Vocal Liberation and Sunset Dance Journey

Join us for a special afternoon of voice, movement, and connection overlooking the ocean.
This immersive experience begins with a one hour Vocal Liberation session led by Benoit Forest a trained therapist and experienced vocalist. Through guided exercises we will explore the power of our voices as tools for healing, emotional expression, and liberation. No singing experience is required just a willingness to show up and explore.
